Refund Policy

1. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (No Refund Policy)

1.1 By purchasing any Funding Ounces Trading Challenge or related services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the services provided constitute digital services with immediate access and performance.

1.2 In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for digital content and digital services, the right of withdrawal is expressly waived once access to the trading platform, credentials, dashboard, or any related services are provided, regardless of whether trading activity has commenced.

1.3 As a result, all fees paid to Funding Ounces are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to cases where:

• You decide not to use the services,
• You fail to meet the Trading Challenge or Verification objectives,
• You breach any trading rules or terms,
• Your account is suspended or terminated,
• You cancel your account voluntarily,
• You incur losses while trading in the simulated environment.

1.4 By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate provision of services and acknowledge that you permanently lose any statutory or contractual right to withdraw or receive a refund once the service begins.

1.5 Funding Ounces reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms, without any obligation to issue a refund.

2. Nature of Services and Disclaimer

2.1 Funding Ounces provides access to simulated trading environments for educational, evaluation, and performance-assessment purposes only. No real funds are deposited, traded, or managed on behalf of the client at any stage.

2.2 All services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied guarantees regarding profitability, success, performance, availability, or continuity of service.

2.3 The client acknowledges that failure to meet evaluation criteria, loss of virtual capital, or disqualification from the Trading Challenge does not constitute a defective service and does not give rise to any refund, compensation, or claim.

3. Fees, Payments, and Chargebacks

3.1 All fees paid to Funding Ounces are final and non-refundable under all circumstances, without exception.

3.2 Any unjustified dispute, chargeback, reversal, or payment claim initiated through a bank, card issuer, or payment provider will be considered a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 In such cases, Funding Ounces reserves the right to:

• Immediately terminate all active services,
• Permanently ban the client from accessing current or future services,
• Revoke access to all dashboards, accounts, or platforms associated with the client.

3.4 The Trading Challenge option selected at checkout applies to all subsequent stages, including Verification, and cannot be modified after the order is completed.

3.5 Funding Ounces reserves the right to update pricing, challenge parameters, and service conditions at any time. Changes will not affect services already purchased.

4. Account Cancellation

4.1 You may request account cancellation at any time by contacting support@fundingounces.com.

4.2 Account cancellation does not entitle the client to any refund, credit, or reimbursement for previously paid fees.

4.3 Access to the Trading Platform is granted once login credentials are delivered to the registered email address. The Trading Challenge officially begins when the client places their first demo trade.

5. Complaints and Communication

5.1 If you have questions, concerns, or complaints regarding the services, you may contact Funding Ounces at support@fundingounces.com.

5.2 Submitting a complaint does not suspend the service, pause challenge rules, or create any entitlement to a refund or compensation.
