1.4 Funding Ounces provides simulated trading environments and evaluation services only. All trading activities are performed using virtual funds with no real monetary value.

1.5 Funding Ounces does not provide investment services, brokerage services, portfolio management, or financial advice. All information is provided for educational and evaluation purposes only.

1.6 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these GTC.

2. Services and Orders

2.1 Services may be ordered by completing the registration and payment process on the Website. Upon successful payment, login credentials for the Client Section and Trading Platform will be provided.

2.2 Services include, but are not limited to:

• Free Trial (if available),
• Funding Ounces Trading Challenge,
• Simulated Funded Account.

2.3 The Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information.

2.4 If the Customer provides business, tax, or professional identification data, the Customer acknowledges acting as a trader or entrepreneur.

2.5 Fees vary depending on challenge configuration and are disclosed on the Website prior to purchase.

3. Fees, Payments, and No Refund Policy

3.1 All fees paid to Funding Ounces are final and strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

3.2 By completing a purchase, the Customer:

• Explicitly requests immediate access to digital services,
• Acknowledges that the Services begin immediately upon credential delivery,
• Expressly waives any right of withdrawal, refund, or reimbursement, regardless of usage or outcome.

3.3 No refunds will be issued for:

• Failure to pass the Trading Challenge or Verification,
• Rule violations or account termination,
• Voluntary account cancellation,
• Losses incurred in simulated trading,
• Inactivity or non-use of the Services.

3.4 Any unjustified dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal initiated through a bank or payment provider constitutes a material breach of these GTC.

3.5 In such cases, Funding Ounces reserves the right to immediately terminate all Services and permanently deny future access.

4. Payments

4.1 Fees are payable in USD or other available currencies as displayed on the Website.

4.2 Payments may be made via credit card, cryptocurrency, or other supported payment methods.

4.3 Services will not be activated until full payment is received.

5. Client Section

5.1 Each Customer may maintain only one Client Section.

5.2 Funding Ounces may limit the number of active Trading Challenges or Simulated Funded Accounts per Client Section.

5.3 The Customer is responsible for maintaining login confidentiality.

5.4 Continuous access to the Trading Platform is not guaranteed due to maintenance or technical issues.

5.5 Client Section cancellation may be requested via support@fundingounces.com, but no refunds will be issued.

6. Rules of Demo Trading

6.1 Trading is permitted unless it constitutes Forbidden Trading Practices.

6.2 Funding Ounces may monitor, analyze, and store demo trading activity.

6.3 The Provider is not responsible for data inaccuracies, latency, or third-party platform issues.

6.4 Forbidden Trading Practices include, but are not limited to:

• Exploiting platform errors,
• Using external or automated data feeds,
• Manipulative or abusive trading behavior.

6.5 Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Trading Challenge and Simulated Funded Account

7.1 Upon payment, the Customer receives access to the Trading Challenge.

7.2 Challenge conditions must be met within the specified period as published on the Website.

7.3 Successful completion may result in access to a Simulated Funded Account at no additional cost.

8. Funding Ounces Trader Program

8.1 Completion of all evaluation stages does not guarantee a real-funded account.

8.2 Any subsequent agreement is solely between the Customer and a third-party provider. Funding Ounces is not a party to such agreements.

9. Use of Website and Content

9.1 All Website content is protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited, non-transferable rights are granted for personal use only.

9.3 Any misuse of the Website or Services is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

10.2 Funding Ounces makes no guarantees regarding performance, availability, or results.

10.3 Funding Ounces shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Communication

All communications shall be conducted via the Client Section or support@fundingounces.com.

12. Violations

Violation of these GTC may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services without compensation or refund.

13. Changes to the GTC

Funding Ounces reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Changes apply only to new purchases.
